It seems it's just a newer model, not sure why they rebranded it as it's basically the same.
I have the 2330nex and it's a great unit. It was having a lot of issues until latest firmware update with AA as the phone wasn't getting enough power through the USB.
It could be that the 2400 just has the newer firmware and they just figured this way they can separate themselves from the issues of the 2300 unit, without having to admit there was an issue. Just a guess.
